The Matlou Fund was established as a formal 501 (3) (c) corporation in 2004 due to the explosion of orphaned children, broken families and destitute elderly caused by the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
Oksana Sparks is the founder and president of the Matlou Fund. She is a resident of both the U.S.A and Botswana and has worked on behalf of Botswana’s local people and wildlife for the past 12 years.
